Welcome to FixCore. By using our application and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FixCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FixCore is a maintenance management platform that allows organizations to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance, manage equipment, and coordinate maintenance teams.

3. Account Registration

To use FixCore, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. A valid payment method is required to start your trial.

Billing: After your trial ends, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.

Pricing Tiers

Core: $49/month (up to 5 users)
Pro: $99/month (up to 15 users)
Unlimited: $199/month (unlimited users)

Annual plans receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free (billed as 10 months instead of 12). This discount applies to the subscription price, not the trial period."

User Counts User limits are based on users who have accepted an invitation to your organization. Pending invitations do not count toward your limit.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use FixCore for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious code or content
Interfere with other users' access to the service
Resell or redistribute FixCore without permission

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FixCore, including work orders, equipment records, photos, and comments. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

7. Data Export

You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, you may request a data export within 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Termination

By You; You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

By Us; We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

FixCore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FixCore, its owners, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the app. Continued use of FixCore after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
